DESCRIPTION:Get ready for the ultimate Alaskan Adventure at our “TRUE NORTH” Vacation Bible Camp (VBC) happening June 9-13\, from 9 a.m to 12:15 p.m! This free event is perfectly designed for young adventurers\, ages 4 through Grade 5\, who will set out to trek the tundra and embark on a journey of discovery as they learn how easy it is to lose sight of what’s true in today’s wild world. But fear not! With True North Vacation Bible Camp\, we’ll point them toward Jesus – our faithful friend and the compass for life’s journey. He is the True North we can always trust! \nImagine the mesmerizing northern lights dancing above majestic mountains\, racing rivers\, and sparkling glaciers! Our True North VBC isn’t just any ordinary camp. Kids will foster a deeper connection with our faithful friend\, Jesus\, while discovering the great Alaskan frontier. As kids trek through the tundra of Alaska and experience what it means to trust in Jesus\, prepare for amazing faith connections to unfold! \nYour kids will be lead by dedicated volunteers who will keep your kids safe\, learning\, laughing and growing! Kids will experience great music\, fun skits\, cool science experiments\, crazy games\, yummy snacks and of course creative and powerful Bible story exploration. Included in your FREE registration is a PoP Kids Club T-shirt that they will wear on selected days and can wear as they come back to Prince of Peace for family events throughout the year! Despite the wildernesses vastness\, our camp space is limited\, so be sure to register your adventurers early for this unforgettable Alaskan adventure! \nEvery day at TRUE NORTH\, camp kicks off with an exciting rally in our Family Life Center\, creating an energizing start to a day full of faith and fun. Children will then navigate through the day in smaller groups\, ensuring personal attention and a safer environment as they rotate through the engaging stations we’ve set up. DESCRIPTION:Calling all pizza lovers and supporters of the Prince of Peace Youth! Join us every second Tuesday of the month for Youth Spirit Night at Broadway Ristorante & Pizzeria. Enjoy a delicious meal with friends and family\, and support our youth ministry in the process! \nHow it works:\nFrom 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM\, Broadway will donate a percentage of each sale to support Prince of Peace Youth—just mention us when you order! Whether you choose to dine in or carry out\, your meal helps raise funds for youth events\, trips\, and ministry activities. \nBonus Fun:\nTuesdays at Broadway are also Trivia Night! While trivia isn’t affiliated with our youth ministry\, it’s a great way to add some extra fun to your evening if you dine in. Test your knowledge and maybe even win some prizes! \nThis is a great chance for our church community to come together\, enjoy some tasty food\, and make a positive impact on our youth ministry.
