Week of January 14, 2024

Today: Embrace the Call • John 1:43-51, 1 Samuel 3:1-10; 1 Corinthians 6:12-20 • Jesus’ first words to His disciples were, “Follow Me.” Just as Jesus called Andrew and Peter, Philip and Nathanael, He has called you and me to follow Him. He knows us—He sees us, He hears us, and He understands us. More than that, Jesus has plans for us. Embrace His call to follow Him. What is Jesus calling to you to do or be as you walk alongside Him? Are you prepared not only to listen, but also to embrace the ways Jesus wants to work in Your life?

About Our Sermon Series: Embrace • At the beginning of this new year, we have opportunity to embrace the uncertainty of the days ahead with a sure confidence in the God who goes with us, whose hand is leading us and whose love is supporting us. Walking with Jesus, the One who embraces us with His boundless love, gives us great faith as we go out with good courage.
