Week of June 2, 2024

Today: “Designed for Worship” Deuteronomy 5:12-15; 2 Corinthians 4:5-12; Mark 2:23-28 • All people have been designed by our creator for worship. For us—people who follow Jesus—He is the heart and soul of our worship. Our God who has revealed Himself personally through His Son personally engages with us through our worship of Him. As His word engages us, Jesus showers us with His light and life. In His presence we find peace and rest. We are renewed by the One who once gave Himself for us at the cross. And as the Lord draws us to His table together to receive His precious gifts, He builds us into a community of believers.
