Week of November 2, 2025

Today: “Blessed in the Kingdom” • Revelation 7:2-8; 9-17; 1 John 3:1-3; Matthew 5:1-12 • We are blessed as children of God, citizens of a kingdom not built on power or wealth but on grace, mercy, and hope. On this All Saints’ Sunday, we rejoice with the great multitude before the throne—so many that “no one could count, from every nation, tribe, people, and language, standing before the throne and before the Lamb.” They remind us that God will bring us through every trial until we live in the fullness of His presence. Jesus’ Beatitudes assure us that even in our mourning, hunger, and longing for righteousness, we are already blessed. God’s kingdom has come in Christ, and His blessings endure forever. In a world chasing fleeting rewards, we rest in the eternal promise of Jesus, who gathers His saints and blesses us with life that never ends.

All Saints’ Day – Lord God, we give thanks for these brothers and sisters in Christ whom You have granted rest from their labors over this past year. Grant us grace to follow Christ as they did. Bring us with them to those things no eye has seen, nor ear heard, which You have promised for those who love You. We remember the faithful departed: Richard W. Burns, Luis H. Vazquez, Gail Eaton, Ignacio Hernandez, Jon Wiegand, Claudia Perez, Raymond J. Pirino, Dennis E. Glander
