Message: “A Dad’s Desire” from Rev. Ken Green

Nicodemus was a powerful religious leader, yet he sought Jesus out in the dark of night. He was looking for something—and Jesus spelled out what it was: new life, a birth that comes from above, the birthright of water and the Spirit that ushers one into the Kingdom of God. Jesus, the divine, authorized agent of God, offers a life that will never end, deliverance from condemnation, a love from God that found its ultimate expression in the sacrifice of the Son of God. In a world where people are looking for love in all the wrong places, how ever did Nicodemus find his way to Jesus? People desperately need this love Jesus gives—including people you know and with whom you are connected—who will lead them to the One who gives a life that will never end?
