Message: “Longing for the Righteous King” from Rev. Ken Green

The prophet Jeremiah foretold of Jesus, the Righteous King who would bring justice and security to His people. Jesus has fulfilled these words in ways that stretch beyond the chosen people’s wildest imagination—He reigns eternally over all things and will ultimately bring justice, not only for His people, but to the ends of the earth when He returns for us. Jesus, the Righteous King, reigns in us, and He has wrapped us securely in His righteousness. What does it mean for His 21st century followers to live justly as we pursue His righteousness (Matthew 6:33)? During this time of year, how will you invite someone to experience the security of living under Jesus’ reign?
