TODAY: “Serving with All Your Heart” • 1 Chronicles 29:14-18; Colossians 3:12-17, 23-24; Matthew 22:34-40 • “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord…” Colossians 3:23 • This passage from Colossians reminds us that our service to God is not measured only by what we do, but by the heart with which we do it. Whether we are volunteering at church, helping a neighbor, serving on a ministry team, or quietly caring for someone in need, we are working for the Lord. God uses willing hearts and faithful hands in countless ways at Prince of Peace / Príncipe de Paz and throughout our community. What a blessing it is that each person has gifts to share and opportunities to serve with joy, compassion, and dedication.

Lutheran Women in Mission Sunday 2026 – Today we are celebrating LWML Sunday • This year’s theme continues a four-year cycle focusing on the LWML Mission Statement — As Lutheran Women in Mission, we joyfully proclaim Christ, support missions, and equip women to honor God by serving others. For Lutheran Women in Mission Sunday 2026, we focus on Supporting Missions. If you have your Mite boxes, dollars and coins, we will be at the door collecting Mites after the services to support the FL-GA Mission Grants which were selected at our Convention last month. One of those grants was awarded to the Prince of Peace Food Pantry in the amount of $10,000.  Please join us for coffee hour.

Sunday Nursery • 9:00am – While our 9:00am nursery is not staffed, parents are welcome to use this space with their children, providing their own supervision, and watching the livestream.
11:00am – Our trained, background-checked volunteer will continue caring for children ages 6 months to 5 years during the 11:00am services. See DCE Eric for more information!
Adult Sunday Morning Bible Class at 10:00 am • This Sunday we have Rev. Dr. Thomas R. Zehnder sharing with us about his missionary work in Japan. Classes are in the Music Room during our 10:00 am Education Hour.
SUNDAY SCHOOL FOR AGE 4 – GRADE 5: Kingdom Quest • Kingdom Quest is a Bible overview curriculum that teaches children the core stories of the Bible and helps them see why they matter today. We help children experience God’s love through Bible stories, crafts, games and more., as we learn to follow Jesus. Youth Bible Classes – 10:00am • The Middle School Youth Bible class meets in the Board Room (church office)
